Ornament is individually boxed.Thus, there is no minimum order
of any one item. |

Orders
under $250.00 are credit card only (Visa or Mastercard); over
$250.00 can be Net 30, WAC. No COD orders. Orders are shipped
F.O.B. Arvada (Denver), Colorado. |
| 3 |
All
claims for damaged merchandise must be made within five days
of delivery.
Please hold merchandise in original packaging and notify POLIDAY®
Ornaments. |

Timely payment of invoices is expected.
We regret that we must enforce our policy of charging interest
at the rate of two percent per month on unpaid balances in
order to keep our pricing competitive.

Purchaser
shall pay all legal fees necessary to collect all funds due
and shall pay two percent interest per month of the balance
due until resolved. |

colors are not guaranteed. It is common for colors to vary slightly
from those seen on the web site and in printed material due
to the artistic nature of this product. |

Our pricing reflects the following:
a. Orders received by March 1st, ship June 1st
or October 1st.
b. Orders received by June 1st, ship October 1st.
Orders placed outside of these order
dates may incur a 10% upcharge due to international sir freight
shipping charges.
